What Shipping Services Do We Offer?

RevolutionRC has one of the most soficicated shipping matrix of any hobby site in Australia. The shipping options and pricing for your order can be viewed after logging in and starting the online checkout process through our website. Please login first, then just place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. You will not be required to make your purchase at that time, but you will be able to view the shipping choices and pricing for your order. Your shipping options available will be dependent upon the weight, dimensions and destination of your order.

Great Rates for Bulky Goods, Economy Service
 
Delivery is generally within 2-10 business days within our couriers delivery network, tracking is available, your package can also be insured for an additional cost. Dispatch of your parcel may take 2 extra business day due to our rural location of collection.This courier service is unable to deliver to PO boxes and is generally limited to metro areas. Someone must be present to sign for this service unless you have agreed to the conditions of "Authority to leave". Should the courier be unable to make the delivery (ie... nobody home) your goods will be available for collection from the local depot or Newsagency. Please note: We cannot ship LiPo batteries via this option.
 
Our Fastest Local Service
 
Delivery is generally within 1-3 business days within the express post delivery network, limited tracking is available, your packages can also be insured for an additional cost. Please refer to Australia Post's Next Day Delivery Network (from postcode is 4566) to verify with your particular postcode the amount of time your parcel will take, usually a express post item from the east coast to the west coast (S.A included) will take 3-4 days, as its out of the next day delivery network. Please Note: The express post eparcel service is offered at a special discounted rate which is passed on to you the consumer. Therefore Express eParcels are not covered via Australia Posts Express Post Guarantee. Please note: We cannot ship LiPo batteries via this option.You can check the expected delivery timeframes here. Shipping postcode is 4566.

Regular Post is sent via Australia Post Road. Delivery occurs usually within 1-3 days for Brisbane regions and 4-12 business days to most other regions, limited tracking is available, packages can be insured for an additional cost. Fastasic option if your not in huge hurry. You can check the expected delivery timeframes here. Shipping postcode is 4566.

Delivery is generally within 4-6 business days to metropolition areas in most capital cities within 190 different countries, tracking is available, your package can also be insured for an additional cost. Please refer to Australia Post's international Network (from Australia) to verify with your particular country the amount of time your parcel will take. Please note: We cannot ship LiPo batteries via this option. All Customs and Duties are the sole responsibility of you the customer. We are unable to determine what these fees may be in your country.

Q: How Much Will it Cost to Ship to Me?
Your discounted shipping options will be presented to you once logged in and prior to your checkout. All store items are weighed and volumetrically sized individually so when you check out, our system will compute the correct shipping charges for your RC goodies and present you with a list of the available shipping options to your area. Not all options may be available for some postcodes.
 
If you put some items in your shopping cart and start the checkout process, you can see what the shipping charges will be without actually needing to complete an order. Our Shipping price is Calculated via the Australia post cubic rates, you can verify the shipping rates here. Please also note that any changes to your basket will also automatically reset the shipping options as the basket weight has changed.
 
Q: Its Only A Small Part, Can You Please Ship It In An Envelope?
We understand the need to have fast reliable at a reasonable cost however we need to ensure that your gear has arrived. PayPal and merchant mail order shipments (credit card orders) require tracking and have proof of delivery therefore we are unable to use envelopes. Parts easily get torn and damaged from evelopes being sorted by machines used at Australia Post. 
 
Q: When Will My Order Ship?
We do our very best to ship our orders the next business day. Please keep in mind that courier booking timeframes, high demand times (ie after long weekends), large orders, or other special unforseen circumstances out of our control, may delay your order slightly. RevolutionRC is dedicated to ensure your order is shipped in the quickest turn around time possible. Orders that are sent via courier usually require 2 extra business day of processing due to the carriers booking process and our rural location of collection.
 
Q: Do You Offer Same Day Shipping?
No – we no longer offer same day shipping, but most orders will ship the next business day. Orders dispatched by courier usually are carefully packaged and booked for collection, however the actual collection day may take up to 2 business days.
 
Q: What Is The Latest Time I Can Place My Order for Same Day Shipping?
Sorry we no longer offer same day shipping due to a change in personal circumstances. We usually will ship your order the next business day, however we urge you to place your order as early as practically possible; this will allow us to process your order and have it ready for our carriers collection.

Q: If I select Express Post, Am I Guaranteed to Receive My Order the Next Day?
No, The express eparcel service is offered at a special discounted rate which is passed on to you the consumer. Therefore Express eParcels are not covered via Australia Posts Express Post Guarantee. 
 
Q: If My Order Ships “Signature Required,” Can I Waive This?
Yes – if you want to waive a signature, we would be happy to assist, just leave a comment in the checkout section. Please keep in mind that we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen orders should you request your signature to be waived. Orders that have already shipped out with a “Signature Required” status, due to constraints with Australia Post, the signature required status cannot be removed. 
 
Q: I Just Placed an Order Online – Can I Modify It?
If your order is still with us and has not left our warehouse, we would be more than happy to add to it, or modify it in some way. Should you wish to add items to your order, please complete another order online (selecting the same shipping method as your unshipped order) and we will combine the orders, then refund any difference in shipping costs. Should you wish to remove items. please contact us via our Contact Us page for the fastest response.
 
Q: I Just Received a Tracking Number, but It Doesn’t Work?
Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will not be “live” until the contractors collects your order. Depending upon the carrier or method of shipping, this may take up to 24 hours after collection. Some orders are placed later in the day, and even though our team has set them to “Shipped,” they will not ship out till the following business day, which can also delay tracking updates. Q: My Order Has Shipped, but the Tracking Info Has Not Changed?
For orders shipped via Australia Post, the tracking info is not like what is seen with most commercial carriers. Australia post tracking numbers are actually only a delivery confirmation number and not a true item tracking number as such. In some states, the tracking details may not be updated at all untill your order is delivered to your door. Usually the tracking details shows arethe parcels point of lodgement, then the delivery.
 
Q: My Package Is Delayed – What Do I Do?
If you believe your order has been delayed, please check your tracking number first, Please contact us should you think it is past due – we can give you an estimated time of when it should arrive. Please keep in mind that regular post within Australia can take up to 14 days, even if it hasnt arrived within just a few days with past delivered orders. You can check the expected domestic shipping timeframes here. Shipping postcode is 4566. Please note we cannot lodge trace with Australia Post until 3 days after the expected delivery date.
 
Q: My Order Arrived with Errors – What Can I Do?
In the very rare case of any order errors not related to shipping, please contact us via our “contact us” page. For quick help, please include your order number. In case of product damage not related to shipping, our staff will request a photo of the product for our internal records. All items are security marked and photographed prior to packing.
 
Q: My Order Arrived with Shipping Damage – What Should I Do?
If your order arrives with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the shipment. If the order was left at your door with shipping damage, or you received the order with damage, please do not open the box; contact us for instructions and we will be sure to assist.
 
Q: Can I Pick Up My Order?
Sorry we do not offer order collections. Our same day* dispatch and delivery service is second to none.
